At Mushroom Culture, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.

Please note: Bulky or heavy items may incur additional postage costs which will be displayed at checkout where possible.
🚗 Local Pickup
Local pickup from our urban farm in Perth is available Monday to Friday by appointment.
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll contact you via text message within 24 business hours with confirmation and pickup instructions.
Please note that we do not operate a retail storefront — all collections are from our farm facility.
🏡 Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 30 km of our Perth farm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Free delivery for orders $35 and over
$10 delivery fee for orders under $35
Please select Local Delivery at checkout and include your mobile number. We’ll contact you to confirm delivery time and details.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
